Due to a delay in the transfer of funds to Uganda, which was finally accomplished on November 15th, construction of two 50′ x 25′ dormitories, one each for female and male boarding students, began in December. The foundation has been laid and walls are currently being raised. Students are on break and the next school year will begin in early February. IOCC staff have consistently followed up with UOC representatives from the inception of this phase of the project, and plan to visit in person January 21 – 24, 2012.
