Gulu: April 2013 Report

During the period between November 15, 2012 and January 24, 2013 awaiting funds, the Uganda Orthodox Church did the ground work for the continuation of activities. The UOC extended its agreement with contractor/engineer who had been engaged in phase III activities. Performa were collected for the procurement of fire extinguishers, and firms that would put in place lightening arresters and the single sitter desks were also identified. Continue reading →
